Before you start

This is a beta and some features are unfinished. Testing requires no purchase. Registration is for ages 15 and over; broadcasting and joining LIVE as a guest require age 18 or over.

Video guide

A one-minute guide with English captions and no audio. Recorded on a Samsung M12 with Czech menus. Captions include the Czech button names so you can follow along. Other phones may show different screens. The recording uses an older test APK; download the current version above.

First installation or updating an older version

  1. Download the APK above. Open My Files → Downloads on your phone, or look in recent files. Tap the Livyno .apk file.
  2. If asked to allow installation: open Settings and allow the app that opened the APK, such as My Files or Chrome, to install apps. The setting may be called “Allow from this source”. This is not general access to all your files. Use the Back button or gesture to return; reopen the APK if needed.
  3. Tap Install, or Update if Livyno is already installed.
  4. If Play Protect recommends scanning the app: you can let it scan. In the recorded prompt, expanding More details (Další podrobnosti, the small arrow) also reveals Install without scanning (Nainstalovat bez kontroly). Only use this for the official APK downloaded from livyno.com. If the phone says the app is harmful, stop and send support the exact warning. Do not turn off Play Protect globally.
  5. If requested, enter your device PIN only in the system prompt. Never send it to anyone. Tap Open when installation finishes.

Future updates inside Livyno

  1. Open Livyno while online. If a newer version is available for your installation, tap Update in the offer.
  2. Livyno downloads and verifies the update. You do not need to find the APK in My Files.
  3. If asked, allow installations from Livyno in Settings. Use Back to return. If the installer does not open, return to Livyno and continue with its installation button.
  4. Confirm Update in Android. Your phone may still show the scan prompt, More details, or require your PIN.

Older versions need one manual update from this page to receive the new updater. Do not uninstall Livyno. After a successful update, Livyno removes its own installer file. APKs you previously downloaded manually remain in Downloads.

Installation failed or the installer disappeared?

Check the correct source permission: My Files / your browser for manual installation, or Livyno for in-app updates. Return from Settings using Back. If Android reports a package conflict, do not delete the app: use the original-test update above if we installed your app, or contact support. If a download is interrupted, return to Livyno and retry the offered step.

What to test

Try signing in, your profile, browsing posts, uploading a photo or video, and watching LIVE. The shop supports product browsing, photos, variants, prices and stock. You can now try test checkout, shipping options and order history. Sellers configure shipping in their order section. Test orders do not charge money, reserve stock or ship goods. Real payments are not live yet.

Need help?

Email support@livyno.com with your app version, phone model, Android version, steps taken and the exact error. Do not send passwords, PINs or other people's private messages. Report inappropriate content using the reporting controls in the app.
